The Improvement Plan was approved by Council on 21st October. The full report can be viewed here. The Plan contains a huge amount of information and is mainly aimed at people requiring in-depth knowledge of the Council, such as our partner organisations and staff. A more user-friendly public summary can be viewed here. The summary will also be included in the next edition of our Outlook newspaper, which will be sent to all homes in Rhondda Cynon Taf.
Our 2009 Improvement Plan explains what the Council is doing to get value for money and deliver visible benefits to local people. It shows how our services have performed during the previous year, and sets out our priorities and targets for the future. Every Council in Wales publishes an Improvement Plan each year as part of the Wales Programme for Improvement.
